Brianne Livelli- MA, BCBA
Brianne has been working with children for over 15 years. The last twelve years of her career have focused specifically on providing services to children with Autism, Asperger’s, developmental delays, Fragile X, and children with various learning disabilities. She received her undergraduate degree in Psychology, her master’s degree in Educational Psychology, and a Teacher of Students with Disabilities certification and she is also a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) She is well trained in the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), differentiating instruction, data collection procedures, conducting functional behavior assessments, developing & analyzing behavior intervention plans, activity schedules, social stories, behavior reduction strategies, and understanding children with learning difficulties and disabilities. In her spare time she enjoy spending time with her family and chasing after three small children.
Shannon Fera- MA
Shannon attended Saint Joseph's University where she obtained her degree in Special and Elementary Education. Shannon attended Kean University and graduated in 2008 with a Masters in Advanced Early Childhood Education. She currently holds several New Jersey teaching certifications including a Teacher of the Handicapped certification, Elementary Education certification, and Preschool through third grade certification. Shannon has taught for over ten years and has spent most of her education career teaching children with autism in classroom and home settings. She began Tiny Voices Big Words, LLC in 2009 after a growing need to help children supplement ABA therapy, utilizing a home program. She is currently working towards her Board Certified Behavior Analyst certification (BCBA) through Penn State. Shannon is dedicated to helping children with autism find their words and making their voices heard.
